Fully compliant with the latest Building Regulations, hup! walls are revolutionising the way that we extend homes throughout York and the surrounding areas.

Patented technology

The Ultrapanel technology used inside hup! walls are constructed from a patented combination of timber, steel and insulation.

This unique combination of steel and timber makes Ultrapanel different from other modern methods of construction, combining them into a super-strong and thermally efficient structure with no cold bridging.

Rapid home extension construction

The rapid clip-fit technology used in the hup! walls and roofs means that we can deliver your new hup! extension in York up to five times faster than a traditional extension build. Built in any weather by our expert team of hup! builders, a small extension could be built and watertight in as little as 4 days with no weather or scheduling delays.

Lightweight and slim

Due to their lightweight nature, hup! walls can be built on top of an existing base, unlike bricks and mortar which would be too heavy and require a new base. hup! walls are also incredibly light so are easy for us to handle, contributing to the speed of your hup! build.

As they are slimmer than a traditionally built wall too, hup! walls can deliver an additional 10-15% of internal floorspace vs a brick built home extension.

Energy efficient

hup! walls are 6% more energy efficient than a fully Building Regulation compliant brick wall thanks to the large proportion of super-insulation in the panels.
